Stephanie & Tim’s Wedding in Big Canoe, Georgia

What a great time we had traveling up to Big Canoe, Georgia to film Getmarried Magazine’s own Stephanie Davis and her funny man Tim Smith (definitely a Will Ferrell look-a-like). The weather got a bit nippy on the wedding day, but Stephanie and Tim held up like champs…I know some brides wouldn’t have kept their wedding outdoors in 40 degree weather, but these two did and I think it paid off Big Time…the picturesque backdrop of the mountains and lake were breathtaking. Mouzam & Brent’s Wedding in Chicago, IL

WOW!! I had a blast on this one. From the amazing first look on LaSalle Street (where they filmed Batman) to the crazy Same Day Edit we pulled off at the end of the night, this wedding was off the charts. I had never met Mouzam prior to the wedding, but when we spoke over the telephone, I could tell she was mega excited about having us shoot her wedding and would be game for just about anything. Needless to say, we captured some killer footage for the edit. We had originally planned to use a different song, but when I heard “Use Somebody” (Kings of Leon), used for the recessional, I knew that had to be the song for the edit. I’d like to give a big shout to Michael Gebben and his side kick Charles (all 6 foot 8 inches of him), who drove all the way down from St Louis to hang out and help with the shoot. And a special thanks to Mouzam & Brent’s uber talented photographers from Chicago, Kiri & Brett Carlson (www.pencarlson.com) for sharing some incredible images from the wedding. Maggie & Billy’s Wedding at the Breakers Hotel

When the Mother of the bride is one of the coolest people you’ve ever met, you know the bride is going to be tons of fun. Maggie and Billy were such a great couple and they celebrated their wedding at one of the most gorgeous venues on the planet…The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. The fabulous Heather Lowenthal (www.poshpartiesonline.com) coordinated this AMAZING wedding and I even had the chance to team up again with photographer extraordinaire Patty Daniels (who was gracious enough to provide the above image..one of many great photos). Raffaella & Chris Wedding Trailer

What an AMAZING time we had traveling to Greece to film Raffaella & Chris’ wedding. I think this is probably one of the most anticipated posts on the blog for a while…I know Raffaella has been on pins and needles (and probably checking the blog everyday), so I knew we had to throw down a SWEET movie trailer. After a great wedding in Athens, Greece, we traveled to Santorini for an after wedding day shoot with Raffaella & Chris. Santorini is one of the most beautiful places on earth and we had an incredible time. We also got to team up with Tom Munoz, who provided the photography for the wedding.
